This is a super easy Australia day recipe from Todd's Kitchen. Let me share one of my all time favourite deserts with you today. Passionfruit custard slice.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Custard powder
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Packet Lattice biscuits or similar
Topping:
- 1 Cup Custard powder
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Packet Lattice biscuits or similar
I ended up using the following:
- 2 Cup's icing sugar
- 3/4 Can Passionfruit pulp
