TODAY'S RECIPE IS Chocolate Mango Pastry Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:

*For Cake*:

  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate Mango Pastry Cake
  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
  • Flour 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk 1/4 cup
  • Vinegar 1 tsp

7 inch greased pan

  1. Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
  2. After 5 mins place the mould
  3. Cook it on medium low flame
  4. For 30-40mins or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 35-45 mins
  5. Cut the cake into 3 parts

*For Mango Glaze*:

  • Let it cool down
  • Mango 1 cup
  • Blend until smooth
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cook until thick consistency
  • Sugar 1/4 cup

*For Cream*:

  • Beat until stiff peaks
  • Whipping cream 1/2 cup
  • Brush sugar syrup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Yellow food color few drops (optional)
  • Mango glaze 2 tbsp

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
