TODAY'S RECIPE IS Chocolate Mango Pastry Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
*For Cake*:
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Chocolate Mango Pastry Cake
- Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
- Flour 3/4 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Condensed milk 1/4 cup
- Vinegar 1 tsp
7 inch greased pan
- Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
- After 5 mins place the mould
- Cook it on medium low flame
- For 30-40mins or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 35-45 mins
- Cut the cake into 3 parts
*For Mango Glaze*:
- Let it cool down
- Mango 1 cup
- Blend until smooth
- Water 1/2 cup
- Cook until thick consistency
- Sugar 1/4 cup
*For Cream*:
- Beat until stiff peaks
- Whipping cream 1/2 cup
- Brush sugar syrup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Yellow food color few drops (optional)
- Mango glaze 2 tbsp
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
