OMG so good! Best Rocky Road Recipe EVER!
Ingredients:
- 300g Milk or Dark Chocolate
- 150g Extra Chocolate
- 170g biscuits or cookies
- 125g Butter or Margarine
- 100g extras like dried fruit and nuts etc but I like Glacé cherries, sultanas and choc chips
- 3 tbsp Golden Syrup
- 100g Marshmallows
Method:
- Heat 300g chocolate with butter and syrup until smooth - heat on low
- Turn off the heat, stir in biscuits, marshmallows and extras
- pour into a lined tin, then smooth - approx 8x12 inches
- Pour the optional 150g melted chocolate over the top and smooth it out
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting
- Store covered and away from strong smelling foods in the fridge
