BANANA BERRY FROZEN YOGURT BARS:

  • 1 cup regular, low, or No-Fat Cool Whip
  • 1 cup regular, low, or No-Fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 10 whole graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup bananas, sliced
  1. Line a 9" by 9" baking dish with plastic wrap, or foil.
  2. Add one layer of graham crackers in bottom of lined baking dish.
  3. Mix together Yogurt and Cool Whip.
  4. Puree all three fruits in a food processor, or mash with the back of a fork.
  5. Add fruit to yogurt mixture. Stir until well blended.
  6. Add yogurt mixture to top of graham crackers. Evenly spread until smooth.
  7. Add remaining graham crackers to top of yogurt mixture.
  8. Cover. Freeze for 4 hours, or overnight.
  9. Slice in desired sizes. ENJOY!!
