Fresh Radish is commonly available during the winters in India. This is a simple and rustic Bengali dish which is made with radish leaves. Fresh and tender radish leaves are fried with crispy fried red chillis and mixed with grated coconut to create an aromatic saag dish- best had with steamed rice. - Mulo shak/radish leaves - 1 bunch
- sugar - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/4 th tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Mustard oil - 2 tsp
- Dry red chilli - 2
- Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
