Ingredients:
- Brown rice 1 cup
All veggies of your choice:
- Chilly powder 1 tbs
- Olive oil 1 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- Corriander powder 1 tbs
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
Procedure:
- Soak brown rice for 2 hours
- Boil it for 10-15 minutes
- Take some olive oil in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste and onions
- Add all the veggies and cook it for 10-15 minutes
- Finally squeeze half lemon and combine everything
- Serve it hot
