Christmas Salad | Brown rice and Mix veggies | Super healthy and tasty

Ingredients:

  • Brown rice 1 cup

All veggies of your choice:

  • Chilly powder 1 tbs
  • Olive oil 1 tbs
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
  • Corriander powder 1 tbs
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tbs

Procedure:

  1. Soak brown rice for 2 hours
  2. Boil it for 10-15 minutes
  3. Take some olive oil in a pan and saute ginger garlic paste and onions
  4. Add all the veggies and cook it for 10-15 minutes
  5. Finally squeeze half lemon and combine everything
  6. Serve it hot
