Sautéed BOK CHOY

  • 1 Lbs. fresh BOK CHOY, rinsed in cool tap water and dirt removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Juice from half a fresh lemon.
  • pinch of salt, optional
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  1. In a large skillet (or wok), over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Heat until hot. Add garlic and bok choy. Continue stirring. Cook for 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
  2. Transfer to serving dish.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon over Bok Choy. Toss. Serve.
