MALAI KULFI | No Cream | No Condensed Milk | Indian Ice Cream Recipe for Summer
Today we are making Malai Kulfi. This easy recipe of Indian Ice Cream is super simple but super delicious. I have used readily available ingredients for this recipe. As we are still under lockdown so making ice cream with cream or condensed milk is a little difficult these days. As not everyone can go to market to buy the ingredients.
I have used full-fat milk, very little sugar, and very few dry fruits. I have also added saffron which can be skipped if you do not have at the moment. Milk boiled on slow flame gives this kulfi a unique aromatic flavor. So friends, do try this recipe at home and let me know how was it.
- Full fat milk - 1 liter (1000ml)
- Pistachios - 4
- Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
- Saffron threads - 1 pinch
- Sugar - 1/4 cup (4 tbsp)
- Almonds - 4
