Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp coffee powder
- 2 tbsp coffee powder
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
- 3 cups all purpose cream, chilled
Procedure:
- Tunawin ang asukal, coffee powder at gulaman sa tubig. Haluin at pakuluin. Ilagay sa rectangular mold at palamigin hanggang maging firm. Cut into cubes and set aside
- Beat the cream gamit ang hand mixer until doubled in volume. Ilagay ang condensed milk at i-beat muli hanggang maging thick
- Tunawin ang coffee powder sa konting tubig at ilagay sa cream mixture. Beat again until evenly combined
- Ihalo ang ginawang coffee jelly. Ilipat ang mixture sa freezer safe dish o container and top with more coffee jelly. Freeze overnight and serve
