INGREDIENTS:

Vanilla cup ice cream:

• Milk powder 3 tbsp
• Water 1/4 cup

Mix well

• Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Keep aside

• Sugar 2 tbsp
• Whipping cream 1/2 cup

Mix well

Keep whisking

After 2-3 mins

Soft peaks stage

Milk powder mixture

Mix well

Keep it in the freezer for 8 hours or over night

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
