Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Pinch of all spice/mixed spice
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup of one of the following Rum/Whisky/Bourbon
- 2 cups milk
