Since i made my edible cookie dough recipe people have been asking me to make it into an ice cream. Im a give the people what they want person so here it is!

Ingredients:
Cookie Dough:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
Ice Cream:
- 395g tin Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups heavy/thickened cream
