Creamy FRUIT SALAD DESSERT for any season of the year!! Simply easy to make!! Perfectly delicious for potlucks, picnics, family reunions, and whatever else you can think of!! Recipe below...

FRUIT SALAD DESSERT

Makes 10 servings

  • 1/3 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 1 (3.4 ounces) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 red apples, rinsed and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 (20 ounces) can pineapple chucks, drained
  • 1 (11 ounces) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounces) can diced peaches, drained (Substitute with pears or fruit cocktail)
  1. Drain juice off pineapples, peaches, and mandarin oranges. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add milk, sour cream, instant pudding, and orange juice from concentrate. Whisk until all ingredients and well blended and smooth. Mixture will slightly thicken.
  3. Remove core from apple. Cut into bite-size pieces. Add to pudding mixture. Stir.
  4. Peel bananas. Slice into 1/4-inch rounds. Add to mixture. Stir.
  5. Add drained citrus fruits. Gently fold into mixture until well coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate up to 2-6 hours before serving.

TIPS: Refrigerate up to 2 days in an airtight container before serving.
