Cheesy Ube Jelly Salad

Ube Jelly | Ube Sago Jelly Recipe | How to Make Cheesy Ube Jelly Salad | Mr. Gulaman x Mortar and Pastry

Ingredients:

Ube Jelly:

• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp ube flavor
• 4 cups water
• 1 pack (25g) white gulaman, unflavored

• 2 cups cooked sago
• 1 can (300mL) ube flavored condensed milk
• 1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
• 165g processed filled cheese, grated (or diced)
• 1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream

*You can also use regular plain condensed milk and add 1 tsp ube flavor in the milk mixture and adjust flavor as preferred

*Best served chilled
