STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE KABOBS:

  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 12 skewers
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 Pound Cake, cute into 1" cubes
  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 12 Strawberries, rinsed and sliced in half
  1. On each skewer add 3-4 blueberries, 1 cube of pound cake, one whole strawberry (sliced in half), another cube of pound cake and ending with another 3-4 blueberries.
  2. Add Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs in a single layer on a large cookie sheet.
  3. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil together over double boiled or in microwave, stirring every 15 seconds.
  4. Using a folk drizzle white chocolate over each kabob. Add kabobs to freezer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from freezer, turn kabobs over and drizzle other side with white chocolate. Return to freezer for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from freezer.
  5. Serve.
