Strawberry Lemonade Poke Cake using a Yellow box cake - EASY!!

Hey RitasEatas!! It's hot outside so every time I cook ANYTHING I want it to be worth my time, lol! Y'all know I'm not a dessert girl, but I will throw a poke cake together real quick. A layered version of this cake in Southern Living magazine was given to me by my sister. I looked at it and said; aw naw, I ain't got time fuh that, lolol! She talked about how good it was so I said, lemme gone and Ritatize this thang!! I'm glad I did, and you're gonna love it!! Enjoy?
Here's what you'll need; I'll show you what to do:
- Pudding mix (to add to cake mix/optional)
- Milk ( or u can use water in cake mix)
- Eggs
- Corn starch
- Heavy cream (for frosting)
- Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Sugar
- Lemons
- Yellow cake mix
- Cooking oil
- Frosting
