Hey guys! Here's a recipe for Mango Crepe Cake. Easy and yummy, perfect for this mango season! This is a 30-layer crepe cake with cream cheese filling and mango sauce. You can also serve the crepes per piece! Spread some whipped cream or creamcheese filling, add some fresh mangoes and drizzle with mango sauce made using Oster 10-Speed Blender~ or add a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream, wrap it and enjoy!


  • 2 ½ cups fresh milk
  • 3 ¼ cup all purpose flour, sifted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter, unsalted
  • 6 medium eggs

*This makes 15-18 pcs and I made another batch of this recipe for a taller cake. I made a total of 30 layers for this one :)


  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 225g cream cheese


  • 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2-4 tbsp water
  • 450g mango slices
  • ¼ cup sugar

*Use 8-inch cake ring or 8-inch round baking pan to trim the edges and assemble

*Whipped cream, mango sauce and cubed mangoes for topping and decorating

*I suggest to double the recipe of the filling for a 30 layer crepe. It's better with more filling than the ones I made. You can also just use one batch of the crepe batter (15-18pcs) and one batch of the cream cheese filling will be enough. Also, chill the whole crepe cake for a few hours before cutting for the filling and cream to set so it won't slide.

*The crepe layers were on the thicker side because we used pan instead of crepe maker where we can spread the batter thinly. You can also serve them individually with the same filling and topping if you wish, that would be best with a scoop of vanilla ice cream too! :)
