Strawberry Banana Poke Cake

Hey Foodies!!

This cake was SOOOO GOOOOOD!! The jello/pudding and the blended fruit all set up and stayed just like they were from the beginning!! Once I topped it with the whipped topping, I added crushed graham crackers. I didn't like the taste of the grahams so I spooned that off and added pureed strawberries to the top, and boy oh boy!! It was just like strawberry shortcake with a hint of banana! The family tore it up, lol!!?

What you need:

• Instant Banana Pudding
• Boxed Yellow Cake prepared as directed. I substituted milk for water in recipe.
• 1/2can Condensed
• Milk for pudding
• Butter & Banana Extract (both optional)
• Strawberry Banana Jello (or plain strawberry jello)
• 1/2c each of frozen strawberries and frozen bananas
• Tub of Whip Cream Topping
