WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
- 250mL all purpose cream ___________________________ 52

*Melt 300 grams white chocolate as fourth layer _____ 68

*You can bake 1/4 of the batter on a wide tub size loaf pan to yield 12 cake slices that will fit in the tubs (8 from the rectangular pan and 4 from the loaf pan)
