  • 2 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda(not baking powder)
  • red food color, as needed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp coco powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

cream cheese icing:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 9 inch bundt pan
  • Bake for 55-65 minutes
  • oven temperature 350F
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
