TODAY'S RECIPE IS Pistachio Pound Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Pistachio Tea Time Cake | Yummy

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Curd 1/2 cup (substitute 2 eggs or 1/2 cup condensed milk)
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Green food color few drops (optional)
  1. Add milk
  2. Pistachio powder 2 tbsp
  3. Pistachio essence 1/2 tsp (optional)
  4. 7 inch pan
  5. Grease oil
  6. Place baking paper
  7. Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
  8. After 5 mins place the mould
  9. Cook it on medium to low flame
  10. For 30-40 mins
  11. Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 35-45 mins
  12. Powder sugar 1/4 cup
  13. Milk 2 tbsp
  14. Sugar glaze is ready

*if you are using condensed milk then add 1/4 cup sugar & if you are using egg then beat the egg until foamy then add remaining ingredients*

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
