TODAY'S RECIPE IS Pistachio Milk Cake | Pistachio Milk Tres Leches Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy | Eid Dessert
INGREDIENTS:
- Green food color (optional)
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Pistachios essence 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Curd 1/4 cup (substitute 1 egg or 1/4 cup condensed milk)
- Pistachios powder 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Add milk
- 7 inch pan
- Gread oil
- Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
- After 5 mins place the mould
- Cook it on low flame for 25-35 mins
- Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 25-35 mins
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Heavy cream 1/4 cup
- Condensed milk 1/4 cup
- Green food color
- Whipping cream
- Pistachios
- Rose petals
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
