TODAY'S RECIPE IS Pineapple Upside Down Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Curd/Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Spread evenly
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Milk 5 tbsp
- Pineapple slices
- Keep aside
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Pineapple essence 1/2 tsp
- Flour/Maida 1 cup
- Melted butter 1/4 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- 9 inch mould
- Cheery
- Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
- After 5 mins place the mould
- Cook it on low to medium flame
- For 30-40 mins
- Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
