This is a fantastic and easy cake to make at home.
Ingredients:
- 2x 110g packets almond meal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 large Navel oranges
- icing sugar, to serve
- double thick cream, to serve
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 tsp orange blossom water
- 1 1/4 cups caster sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup plain flour
