TODAY'S RECIPE IS No Sugar Atta Tea Time Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
*sugar free atta tea time cake*:
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Vanilla 1/2 tsp
- Jaggery/Gud 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Mix well
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Hot water 1/2 cup
- Atta 1 cup
8 inch pan
Grease oil
Baking paper
- Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
- After 5 mins place the mould
- Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
