Ingredients:
GULAMAN:
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 pack (25g) green gulaman, unflavored
- (Repeat for the red unflavored gulaman)
- 4 cups water
UBE CREAM MIXTURE:
- 1 tsp ube flavor
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
- 2 packs of 250mL all purpose cream, chilled
- ½ cup ube halaya
UBE CHIFFON:
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ¼ cake flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5 yolks
- 1 tsp ube flavor
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cream of tartar
- 5 egg whites
LECHE FLAN RECIPE (makes 8 small llaneras)
20pcs egg yolks (medium to large eggs)
2 cans of 370mL evaporated milk
2 cans of 300mL condensed milk
Sugar for caramelization
*Use 11x15 jelly roll pan, greased and lined
*Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 25 minutes
*Makes 7 (750mL) container - you can use 1000mL container to give more room for the toppings
Toppings (most halo halo ingredients used were store bought in jars including the ube halaya. You can buy them at canned fruits section in supermarkets/groceries):

- Green Gulaman
- Red munggo
- Langka
- White beans
- Ube halaya
- Sago
- Pinipig
