Vanilla custard cake - soft and moist interior with a great flavor combination coming from vanilla, custard powder and butter. This cake has a wonderful taste & texture which makes it perfect for winter holidays.
Ingredients:
- Refined flour 1.5 cups (204 gms)
- Baking powder 1 tbs
- Oil to grease cake tin
- Sugar - 1 cup (200 gms)
- Milk 250 ml
- Butter - 75 grams
- Vanilla Custard powder - 60 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 tablespoon
- Baking soda 2 teaspoons
