Hey, RitasEatas! In this video, I'll show you how I made my Earthquake Sheet Cake. This is a delicious cake, and my favorite thing about it is, it's quick and easy, and always a hit and a crowd pleaser! It's a cross between a cake and a brownie but has all the taste of a German Chocolate cake! I think this will be one you'll be adding to your recipe box. Enjoy?

Here's what you'll need; I'll show you what to do:

1cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2cups flaked coconut
8oz of cream cheese
prepared according to box
2cups of powdered sugar
1-1/2cups chopped pecans
1German Chocolate cake mix
1stick of butter

NOTE: To get a really cool looking top, don't mix those dollops of cream cheese mixture into cake batter too much. I do this bcus my family prefers it mixed instead of just dolloped into batter, but you decide.
