Tamang tama lang yung tamis ng recipe, dahil condensed milk ang ginamit natin sa cake may dagdag richness siya sa flavor and sakto lang talaga yung tamis. Ang sarap niya with coffee parang ayaw mong tigilan. Hindi siya yung typical na chocolate cake mejo may milky flavor siya kaya bumagay yung white chocolate glaze natin. Simple lang yung finish pero super sarap. Kahit sweetened na yung white chococolate tas hinaluan pa natin ng condensed, mas naging rich yung flavor and sapat padin yung sweetness niya for me though I expected it to be too sweet. Nabalance din ng cake and it's a good thing na mejo makapal yung cake natin.
Pwede niyo din pala wag na tanggalin yung dome/top ng cake. Ginawa ko lang yun para flat yung ibabaw pwede din naman as is na para makain na lahat at wala nang cake scrap. Though pwede padin naman meryendahin yung pinagtabasan or gamitin sa paggawa ng cake pops.
Pwede din no bake tong recipe, steam over medium high heat for 45-50 minutes until skewer insertes sa center comes out clean. Parang yung no bake dream cake natin. Takpan lang din ng foil yung baking pan para hindi matuluan ng tubig or yung lid din ng steamer balutan ng tela para maabsorb yung steam.

- 2 ½ cups all purpose flour __ 24
- ½ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened __ 10
- 1 tsp baking soda __ 1
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 eggs __ 21
- 1 stick (113g) melted butter, unsalted __ 25
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk __ 42
- ½ cup milk __ 10
- 125g white chocolate __ 25
- 150mL condensed milk __ 21
Total = 181 pesos
