TODAY'S RECIPE IS Coconut Butter Cake | Eggless & Without Oven | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
- Powder Sugar 3/4 cup
- Butter 1/4 cup
Mix until fluffy
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Curd 1/2 cup (substitute 2 eggs or 1/2 cup condensed milk)
- Flour 1 cup
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
6 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Desiccated coconut on top
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on medium low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
