Chocolatey Chocolate Cake

You will need:
GANACHE:
- 300g [1.5cups] dark or milk chocolate chips /broken pieces
- 300ml double/whipping/heavy cream
CAKE:
- 1-2 tsp vanilla
- 175g [3/4 cup] butter or margarine
- 175g [3/4 cup + 2tbsp] white sugar
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 175g [1.5 cup] white flour - self raising (or add 2 scant tsp baking powder to plain/all purpose flour)
- 3 eggs
- Malteasers and white chocolate stars
Bake at about 180C/350F/GM4
