INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Chocolate Malai Cake:
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- 2 eggs (Substitute 1/2 cup curd or condensed milk)
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Flour 3/4 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Whisk until foamy mixture
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
7 inch pan (heat proof) oil & flour greased
- Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
- After 5 min place the mould
- Cook it on low flame for 30 - 40 mins
- Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30 - 40 mins
- Milk 2 cup
- Milk powder 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Mixed nuts 1 tbsp
- Bring it to a boil
- Stir occasionally
- Reduce into 1 cup
- Malai is ready let it cool down
- Pour the malai
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
