I'm certain that this is by far the BEST Chocolate Frosting Recipe you will ever make. It's just so good you could sit with a spoon and eat it straight out of the bowl.
If you can resist and allow this to cool, it spreads easily onto the devil's food cake recipe that I posted.
Try it - you'll like it!!
To make this you will need:
- 175 grams butter soft and cubed
- 300 grams dark or milk chocolate
- 125 millilitres water (1/2 cup)
- 30 grams light brown sugar
