CARROT CAKE RECIPE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING | How To Make Carrot Cake | Moist Carrot Cake | Cream cheese Frosting Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp clove
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup pineapple juice
  • 1 ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 3 cups finely grated carrots
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Divide batter into two 8-inch round pans, bottom lined with parchment

Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 mins

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 bars (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (225g) softened butter, unsalted1/
