Buko Pandan Ref Cake Recipe | How To Make Buko Pandan Dessert | Buko Pandan Gulaman Dessert | Buko Pandan Chiffon with Pandan Cream, Buko Pandan Gulaman and Macapuno Strings
Ingredients:
BUKO PANDAN GULAMAN:
- 1 pack (25g) buko pandan flavored gulaman
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 cups water
PANDAN CREAM:
- 1 tsp clear pandan flavor
- 1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
- 2 packs of 250mL all purpose cream, chilled
BUKO PANDAN CHIFFON:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 ¼ cake flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 5 yolks
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp buko pandan flavor
- Gradually add ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp cream of tartar
- Beat until stiff
- 5 egg whites
Top with buko pandan gulaman
Sweetened macapuno strings
*11x15 jelly roll pan, greased and lined
*Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes
*makes 8 pcs of 750mL container
