Buko Pandan Ref Cake Recipe | How To Make Buko Pandan Dessert | Buko Pandan Gulaman Dessert | Buko Pandan Chiffon with Pandan Cream, Buko Pandan Gulaman and Macapuno Strings

Ingredients:

BUKO PANDAN GULAMAN:

  • 1 pack (25g) buko pandan flavored gulaman
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 4 cups water

PANDAN CREAM:

  • 1 tsp clear pandan flavor
  • 1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
  • 2 packs of 250mL all purpose cream, chilled

BUKO PANDAN CHIFFON:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 ¼ cake flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 5 yolks
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp buko pandan flavor
  • Gradually add ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp cream of tartar
  • Beat until stiff
  • 5 egg whites

Top with buko pandan gulaman

Sweetened macapuno strings

*11x15 jelly roll pan, greased and lined

*Bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes

*makes 8 pcs of 750mL container
