BLACK VELVET CAKE - Halloween Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs or 3 small
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 2 1/4 cups plain/all pourpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons coca powder
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 Cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla extract
- Black food colouring
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Butter cream frosting:
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup/2 sticks butter
- 3 cups icing/confectionary sugar
