  • mustard oil - 1 cup
  • Besan - 3 tbsp
  • poppy seeds- 1 and 1/2 tbsp

  • red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • grated coconut - 3 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 2-3
  • Chalkumro/ash gourd - Sliced
  • Baking powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • mustard seed- 1 tbsp
  • kalonji - 1 tsp
