Sooji snack, Rava handvo, Mix veg semolina snack, Healthy and instant sooji ka nashta.
Ingredients:
- Salt as per taste
- Bottle gourd 1/2 (grated)
- Sesame seeds 1/2 tbs
- Turmeric powder 1/4th tbs
- Hing 1/2 tbs
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- Curry leaves
- Cauliflower 1 cup
- Carrot 1 med (grated)
- Powdered sugar 1/2 tbs
- Wray seeds and cumin 1 tbs
- Coriander powder 1 tbs
- Curd - 2 tbs
- Oil 2 tbs
- Semoline/Rava/Sooji - 1 cup
- Onion 1 med
- Water - 1 cup
- Red chilly powder 1 tbs
- Ginger paste and green chilly - 1 tbs
- Eno/Baking soda 1/2 tbs
- French beans 1 cup
Procedure:
- Take semolina, add curd and water to it. Wisk it well and let it rest for 2 hours
- Add all veggies and spices to it and finally add baking soda and mix well
- Take a pan add oil, wray seeds, cumin, curry leaves, sesame seeds and some red chilly powder
- Pour batter into the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame
- Flip and cook for 3-5 minutes on another side
- Ready to serve
