Sooji Snack | Healthy and instant Sooji Snack | Semolina Snack | Rava ka Nashta

Ingredients:

  • Salt as per taste
  • Bottle gourd 1/2 (grated)
  • Sesame seeds 1/2 tbs
  • Turmeric powder 1/4th tbs
  • Hing 1/2 tbs
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • Curry leaves
  • Cauliflower 1 cup
  • Carrot 1 med (grated)
  • Powdered sugar 1/2 tbs
  • Wray seeds and cumin 1 tbs
  • Coriander powder 1 tbs
  • Curd - 2 tbs
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Semoline/Rava/Sooji - 1 cup
  • Onion 1 med
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Red chilly powder 1 tbs
  • Ginger paste and green chilly - 1 tbs
  • Eno/Baking soda 1/2 tbs
  • French beans 1 cup

Procedure:

  1. Take semolina, add curd and water to it. Wisk it well and let it rest for 2 hours
  2. Add all veggies and spices to it and finally add baking soda and mix well
  3. Take a pan add oil, wray seeds, cumin, curry leaves, sesame seeds and some red chilly powder
  4. Pour batter into the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame
  5. Flip and cook for 3-5 minutes on another side
  6. Ready to serve
