Kachkolar Khosha Bata or mashed raw banana skin is not only a unique and innovative creation from the Hungry Tummy kitchen, but packs a punch in terms of taste and flavours. Raw banan skin is peeled off, then mashed in a grinderr with coconut, spices and seasoning. Ingredients:
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Nigella seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Raw banana/Plantain - 3
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Garlic cloves - 8-10
- whole green chillies - 2
- Salt as per taste
