SAUTEED MUSHROOMS:

1 Pound (16-ounces) Whole Monterey Mushrooms (any type of mushrooms will work), clean quickly under fresh cool running water, drain on paper towels and slice

  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 2 large Shallots, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoons fresh cracked pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  1. In a large skillet, over medium-heat, melt butter then add sliced mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Cook an additional 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  2. Add garlic, shallots, salt and pepper to mushrooms. Continue to sauté for an additional 5 (five) minutes.
  3. Remove from heat & ENJOY!!

TIPS: SAUTEED MUSHROOMS maybe stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight.
