Spudnuts, are they donut's or are they a potato? Well they are both and regardless of which they taste fantastic!
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 lrg potatoe
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
