"Gobi Manchurian" is a popular Indo-Chinese fusion treat and is available across the length and breadth of the country. This is consumed as a stand-alone snack or as a side in any main meal.   • Sweet chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped onion - 1 medium size
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Baking Powder - 1/4th tsp
  • Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup (For Frying)
  • Salt as per taste
  • Spring Onion greens - handful
  • Cornflour - 2.5 tsp
  • Maida - 3 tbsp
