  • Mug Dal/ moong dal - 1 cup
  • Slit Green chillies - 2
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee/ clarified butter - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
  • Dry Red chilli - 1
  • Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • Cauliflower florets (cut into small)- 1 medium bowl
  • Bay leaf - 1
