Rice flour Patties

Ingredients:
- 2 medium and 1 large sized Potato washed, boiled and peeled
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 Cup Rice flour
- 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp kashmiri Red chilli powder
- Oil to shallow fry
- 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh green coriander
- 1 1/4th cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tbsp Semolina
Method:
- In a pan, boil water, add 1/2 tsp Salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder
- Add rice flour and Semolina, keep on stirring continuously till it becomes like a dough, and does not stick to the pan. Transfer to a plate and let it cool down
- Once it cools down, Break potatoes with your hand on top of the dough, add all other Ingredients, mix well, then shape into Patties.
- Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the Patties and serve with your choice of chutney or sauce
