Rice flour Patties

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium and 1 large sized Potato washed, boiled and peeled
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Cup Rice flour
  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri Red chilli powder
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh green coriander
  • 1 1/4th cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp Semolina

Method:

  1. In a pan, boil water, add 1/2 tsp Salt and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder
  2. Add rice flour and Semolina, keep on stirring continuously till it becomes like a dough, and does not stick to the pan. Transfer to a plate and let it cool down
  3. Once it cools down, Break potatoes with your hand on top of the dough, add all other Ingredients, mix well, then shape into Patties.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the Patties and serve with your choice of chutney or sauce
