This is a perennialy favourite Indo-Chinese fusion rice dish typical of the Tangra style of cooking- popularly known as Kolkata Chinese. Crunchy veggies, chicken strips, shrimps, eggs mixed with boiled long grained rice and cooked in soya sauce and sesame oil makes for a perfect main course which goes well with any Chinese side dish. Ingredients:
- Spring onion white - 2 tbsp
- Carrot (Diced) - 1 small bowl
- Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
- Eggs - 2
- Finely chopped cabbage - 1 small bowl
- Chopped red bell pepper - 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 4 tsp
- Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
- Boneless chicken - 150 gms
- Salt as per taste
- sesame oil - 2.5 tbsp
- Spring onion green - Handful of
- Prawn/ shrimp - 200 gms
- Refined oil - 7-8 tbsp
- Black pepper powder - 3 tbsp
- Basmati rice (Long grain)- 300 gms
- Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
