- Carrot (Cut into diced) - 1 small bowl
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cashew nuts - 20 gms
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp

- Bay leaf - 1
- Vegetable oil - 5-6 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Potato (Cut into diced) - 1 small bowl
- Ghee/ clarified butter - 1 tbsp
- Capsicum (Cut into diced) - 1 small bowl
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Roasted peanuts - 20 gms
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Chire/Poha - 2 cups
- Salt as per taste
