  • Carrot (Cut into diced) - 1 small bowl
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew nuts - 20 gms

  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Vegetable oil - 5-6 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Potato (Cut into diced) - 1 small bowl
  • Ghee/ clarified butter - 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum (Cut into diced) - 1 small bowl
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted peanuts - 20 gms
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Chire/Poha - 2 cups
  • Salt as per taste
