BALSAMIC VINEGAR PASTA SALAD!! A perfect Spring Pasta Salad!!

RAINBOW BALSAMIC VINEGAR PASTA SALAD:

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (or 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped)
  • 1 (7 OZ.) jar roasted red bell peppers, thinly sliced or diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 (16 OZ.) package multi-color ROTINI PASTA
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  1. Cook pasta according to package direction. Drain & cool.
  2. In a large bowl add oregano, balsamic vinegar, & olive oil. Whisk until well blended. Add pasta, bell pepper, and green onions. Toss well.
  3. Add crumbled Feta Cheese!! Toss lightly to combine!!
