N / A…
Exactly, the delicious peanut butter cookies. 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies, to be exact. The treats are crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside and just wonderful.
For the dear Katrin, I baked the cookies with cane sugar, which makes them a little bit firmer.
I wrote down the recipe with plain sugar for you, because they almost made it a bit better when you tried it.
But now finally to the roasted walnuts! I never thought that would be so easy. Sugar, water, walnuts and a little cinnamon – that's all you need for a quick treat like the Christmas market.

Homemade burnt walnuts with cinnamon – blogger puppets 2015
200 G Walnuts without shell
150 G sugar
80 ml water
1.2 TL cinnamon
Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
Roast the walnuts in a large frying pan over medium heat for a few minutes over medium heat. Remove from the pan.
The pan once wipe out, so that no small walnut pieces are in the pan. Add sugar, water and cinnamon to the pan and bring to a boil. Add the walnuts and cook with constant stirring. This takes about 10 minutes.
The mass becomes more and more solid and difficult to stir over time. Shortly after, the sugar crystallizes and the burnt walnuts are ready.
To cool, place on the prepared baking tray. Enjoy.
Now I send a big hug to all the gnomes and of course to Sarah from the Knusperstübchen, our organizing queen! Thank you for your effort.
