Moist and rich chocolate flavor cupcakes baked on lower temperature with less raising agents giving us that flat and no dome top and makes it easier for frosting or decorating that needs a flat cupcake top!
Moist Chocolate Cupcake Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour (or cake flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp coffee powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup white sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25-30 mins
Makes 18 pieces 3oz size cupcakes
You can also bake it with dome with the following adjustments:
1. Increase baking soda from half teaspoon to one teaspoon
2. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C
