Chocolate Oats

Ingredients:

  • 6-7 almonds crushed
  • 3 Cups Water
  • 2 pinches green cardamom powder
  • 6-7 pistacheos split and Crushed
  • 4 serving spoonful of Oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 cubes of dark chocolate grated

Method:

  1. Heat water in a pan, add Oats and cook for 2 mins. Add dry fruits, cinnamon powder and green cardamom powder. Mix and add grated chocolate, leaving 1/2 tsp for garnishing. Mix well, add honey, cook for a minute.
  2. Peel banana and curd into rings. Leave 2 rings aside for garnishing, rest, separate into 2 halves and drop into two bowls. Pour Oats on the banana rings, place one rings each on top and sprinkle half of the grated chocolate on top for garnishing. Serve hot.
